I don't know how rare it is, but I checked eBay to see what they're selling for and came across this 1971 copy for $67.00.
There are other copies selling at much lower prices, so maybe it's not very rare.

I don’t think it’s from 1971. Looking at the design I’d say it’s early 80’s.
