That... and maybe some members that support this messageboard and haven't participated (much) yet can give it a try to join in.

I just found this forum a week ago - was missing FECC terribly so this is a welcome find. We just need to get the word out now!
Let's get posting!

It always takes a while before members who enjoy writing and livening up
a forum register. Many are also rather quiet and just read. Balance will come
with time and the forum's popularity.

As expected, things are quieter—and admittedly, a bit duller—now. When FECC disappeared, we lost a tremendous amount of valuable information, both for ourselves and for future fans. That loss includes the insights and perspectives of people who are no longer with us.KingElvis wrote: September 27th, 2025, 2:17 am ………there’s so little activity here, I guess more members are needed as well.
After FECC’s closure, several new forums emerged, scattering fans across different platforms such as The King’s Realm, Phoenix, 15562days, Steve Hoffman’s forum, and others. As a result, both information and engagement became diluted. Some fans no longer wish to participate after seeing everything they helped build fall apart. Instead, they now prefer to simply read updates on sites like Elvis Day by Day rather than join discussions in forums.
We must accept that things will likely never be the same. It’s nearly impossible to reunite everyone in one place again. As I mentioned before, you can’t rebuild in a few years what took decades to create...

I think you are right, unfortunately. No other forum will probably be as huge as FECC. It would be nice though if this forum could, at least, grow into a place where fans can share and discuss their shared hobby. Who knows...JimmyCool wrote: September 27th, 2025, 2:00 pmAs expected, things are quieter—and admittedly, a bit duller—now.
