Do you happen to know which engagement or show this photo is from?
Elvis is wearing the white Bi-Centennial Suit with blue sleeves, so it must be from the April/May 1976 engagement.

The most famous and widely available recording of this show was made by John Herman. The superfan (who knew Elvis personally!) set everything in motion, and used his connections, to somehow record the show over the mixing desk, but wasn't given permission to do so. He was, however, allowed to ...

Just borrowed this book as an audiobook, but to be honest, I’m no Priscilla fan... I neither like or trust her.
I listened through the L.M. Presley book when it came out, and that one was worth the time.
