Can a "Classic Artists" chat section be created by any chance?

Can a "Classic Artists" chat section be created by any chance?

Originally this was in the “Fireside Chats” section, but I felt it would be more appropriate here.

In the old FECC, there was a "Classic Artists" chat section where anyone can post the latest on other artists besides Elvis. Whether it would be CD's, DVD's, Blu Ray's or anything in particular. Just a friendly suggestion, have a great weekend.
