‘Epic: Elvis Presley in Concert’ New trailer reveals Baz Luhrmann’s cinematic Elvis experience
By Zehra Phelan -Jan 14, 2026
Universal Pictures has dropped a new trailer for ‘Epic: Elvis Presley in Concert,’ a bold new cinematic event that reintroduces Elvis Presley not as a relic of the past, but as a living, breathing force of sound, sweat, and story.
Crafted by visionary filmmaker Baz Luhrmann, the film promises a concert experience unlike any before. Elvis does not just sing here. He narrates his own legend, weaving music and memory into a towering portrait of an artist who reshaped popular culture.
Rather than a traditional documentary, ‘Epic: Elvis Presley in Concert’ positions itself as a cinematic communion with the King. The film frames Elvis in motion and in voice, tracing the man behind the myth as he reflects on fame, pressure, love, and the unrelenting spotlight.
The experience begins with a one-week IMAX exclusive run starting February 20, before expanding to cinemas worldwide on February 27.
