@JohanD Could you do me a favour and check on the bloody Mary pressing, what's in the deadwax/runout? I have the MoV pressing (that you have too), and that has 89399 1A and 1B in the deadwax. I've read that the Bloody Mary pressing used the MoV laquer, but was pressed in a German pressing-plant. It would be nice to have that verified... or not. Thanks in advance!JohanD wrote: November 23rd, 2025, 7:11 am I hear there are some imperfections on the latest editions of "From Elvis in Memphis", so i had to check again.
Among the versions i have these are the two latest.
The European Music on Vinyl one from 2019 on yellow vinyl

And the latest 'worldwide' Sony music version but printed in Germany ,on Bloody Mary red vinyl

I'm happy to say that i have no sound issues at all, in fact, the 2025 might be the best sounding version i have.
Sure, it's '89399 1A and 1B' , so it's the same.Bilbobaggins wrote: November 25th, 2025, 8:09 am@JohanD Could you do me a favour and check on the bloody Mary pressing, what's in the deadwax/runout? Yes indeed. So they did use the same laquer... only in a different pressing plant. Thank you very much for checking!JohanD wrote: November 25th, 2025, 10:32 amSure, it's '89399 1A and 1B' , so it's the same.Bilbobaggins wrote: November 25th, 2025, 8:09 am@JohanD Could you do me a favour and check on the bloody Mary pressing, what's in the deadwax/runout?
