Very hard to choose...

But the one i play the most are the ones i like the most.. and that is "Fun in Acapulco" and (don't shoot me) "Harem Scarum/Holiday"

Same here, and those two would also be in my list. I actually like the trashy mid-60s soundtracks the best. The sillier the better, I say.

That's a nice, and different, list! It is not often that you see that someone prefers Double Trouble over, let's say, King Creole. That's a fun part of Elvis' music... there's something for everybody. Even those "trashy mid-60's soundtracks", as you call them.
