I think it's better. The CDs are better protected and slide out easily against the plastic backing.
I think so, too. I actually used rice paper sleeves to put the cds in before putting them back in the book. That worked well.

Playing this release now, and I really enjoy it despite there being nothing really new on it.
I could live without the instrumental tracks, though…I always skip them on any releases.

I just received the set late last week but have not yet had time to dive into it. Just wish the outer packing of was a bit stronger. My set came with dents caused by shipping internationally. I don't blame my Elvis dealer for this -- I blame FTD. A little thicker cardboard would work wonders.
