I would absolutely love to be at Elvis week. Hopefully next year. Maybe that will be the plan...I absolutely want to be there for the big 50th in 2027 though I should be able to make that happen.

It is 6 years now since I got to Memphis. I am hoping to get there in 2027 for the 50th anniversary. It is truely incredible how his legacy has endured, his music is loved by millions born decades after he died. There should be a great buzz among the loyal fanbase and a lot of media attention. I expect that the new Baz documentary EPiC will result in a lot of hype in the next few years and it should give us another major hit album.

Hey, ya'll!!!!

The first and last time I was at Graceland was 22 years ago. Being disabled, I've never had the opportunity to go back - much less attend an EW event. :( I would give just about anything in this world to be able to spend an entire week in Memphis and celebrate the man we all call, "The King"......

However, I'm kind of like Elvis's former backup singer, J.D. Sumner, in that I'd sometimes rather go to Memphis during his birthday. It seems to me that something like that would be more "upbeat."

Take Care,
Tony T.

P.S. I should get the new 5-CD set, "Elvis At Sunset Blvd", sometime today!!!!!
