Given that FTD are repressing certain vinyl titles, what do you think might be in the (imminent) pipeline? Obvious titles that come to mind are:

The Jungle Room Sessions
Viva Las Vegas
Something for Everybody
Standing Room Only


None of those titles excite me as far as reissues go... never ...

There was already a release of this show in 1994, the artwork is very primitive, the sound very decent.
I like the performance a lot, the closing with "Bridge" is different to hear.
But will the new version be an upgrade?


Of course it'll will have "improved sound"... how else could they sell ...

When I was at Graceland i n 1989, there was a plaque from RCA for Elvis having a billion records sold


That number has been promoted by RCA for years... with nothing to substantiate it... it's simply to appease the fans. I would agree that Elvis is possibly the biggest selling single artist ...

Thank you @Johnny2523 . Hadn't seen this. Although I must say that I am not a fan of "created" stereo. 50's recordings, if recorded in mono, should stay mono imo. But I can understand that people appreciate this technology.

Never heard that... I was at Graceland in 1982 when it opened and his jumpsuits were hanging on a rack in the trophy room... only saw one sundial.
