According to the Hal Wallis papers in the Margaret Herrick Library he got outside the recorded tracks the next demo acetates for the movie Paradise Hawaiian style:

The song was probably selected for recording on the 20 january 1977 session; however this recording session was cancelled.
The song was recorded in september 1978 by The Bellamy Brothers for an album.
