Re: Elvis vinyl related discussion
Just had a chance to read through the whole thread and loving it. The Quad Mix video was very cool.
Just curious, Alexander, what is your take on the Quad 8 mix of Elvis Country?
I know that mix is available on Apple Music but it has never been released previously. Not on 8Track nor on any ...

In 1964 the RCA Hollywood plant pressed its first batch of the Roustabout album in 1964 on the SILVER MONO/ STEREO label. RCA by then had introduced a new label design and Hollywood was fast to correct the error, which makes this Roustabout batch extremely rare .

The NAD Hybride Digitale DAC Amplifier C 368 . I have .
That's a serious high end amplifier for sure.
Is Google right when it says it only supports 2 channel audio? Seems a bit odd to me, since most modern sets support multichannels.
Anyway, if your amp supports 4 channels than you also require ...

That's a nice one! Do you play it on a CD4 system?
That might be a bridge too far. If you even plan to play these Quad records you need a Shibata styles ...

Well, we will never know how this suit would have looked on him but I seriously dislike this one. To my taste and judgement, it is horrendous. Just like the Rainfall or the Bicentennial suits I do not think it would have looked favorably on him at all.

Yes it was and I am sure I'll have had it in my collection. Either sold or misplaced the record (surely can't find it). Can't stand that it is missing and been looking for a replacement ever since I noticed its absence, however HGTH probably had a significant run on the 1980 Black Label and ...

And again you show us some very nice vinyl. Your collection must be huge! These mid 60's mono reissues also look very nice.
Nice to see that these nice items still have their original inner sleeves. A lot of times, on record fairs, they are found with new OIS's. Some sellers even proudly say ...
