As I understand it, every time a song is going to be used on a new medium, (Blu-Ray in this case), the standard statutory royalty rate doesn't apply like it did on the previous medium, so the owner(s) of a song can hold out and ask for a higher royalty... which film companies don't want to meet ...

In fairness, Dominic wasn't officially released until much later (1993 maybe?), long after Felton was gone and RCA was absorbed by BMG...

I've seen that set a few times over the years, but only in the the last few years was I able to obtain a copy for myself. What a beauty!
