As I understand it, every time a song is going to be used on a new medium, (Blu-Ray in this case), the standard statutory royalty rate doesn't apply like it did on the previous medium, so the owner(s) of a song can hold out and ask for a higher royalty... which film companies don't want to meet ...

Anyway I used to listen to some shows from Binghamton 77,Las Vegas august 75 and obviously Pittsburgh 76 among a
few others but not today as sound quality is more imporant than ever.... to me that is .
I used to buy and listen to soundboards shows especially in the 90s but ...
